"I have worked as a personal trainer for the past 7 years so I know a lot about what is needed for nutrition to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. Being a body type described as a "hard gainer" it has always been a struggle to put weight on and keep it on. I came to Stacey for help in 2016 as I knew she would be able to set me up with a program I could follow and also hold me accountable. I would be the first client to request a weight gain style program from her. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but what I got was a lot more than I bargained for. "2 years ago I was very frustrated with the gradual weight creep that snuck up on me after turning 50. This challenge was new to me, as I have always been able to lose the extra few pounds, with little effort. However, with changes that age bring, I found I could maintain, but not lose those few vacation pounds that arrived after short periods of indulgence. "I’ve had a complicated relationship with food and my body for as long as I’ve been aware. I have tried endless fad diets and exercise and my weight has been fluctuating wildly my whole adult life. I came to Stacey to try and get a grip on this cycle of self loathing and self abusive behaviour. Working with Stacey on my wellness has been informative and amazing.
